Julie N. Howie is a 1994 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. While at Chicago-Kent, she served as vice-president of the Moot Court Honor Society and competed at inter-scholastic moot court competitions. Upon graduation, Ms. Howie joined the Chicago litigation firm of French Kezelis & Kominiarek, P.C. where she concentrated in both trial and appellate litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, construction injury, and premises liability. Ms. Howie has argued before the Illinois Appellate Court and has second chair jury trial experience. Ms. Howie joined Stamos & Trucco in August, 1999. She concentrates in the practice areas of commercial litigation and professional liability defense, and in defending premises owners and product manufacturers in asbestos-liability claims.
