Our health care litigation experience includes the business and regulatory aspects of health care as well as the defense of medical malpractice actions. We have litigated issues involving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and billing, whistle-blower and qui tam suits for false Medicare claims, improper fee splitting and referral fees, disciplinary actions by peer review and regulatory bodies, physician contracts and medical consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices. We have significant experience defending medical malpractice actions, including dozens of successful jury verdicts for our physician and hospital clients.

Professional Liability & Tort Defense
