Matthew T. Berger is a 2024 graduate of Loyola University School of Law. Mr. Berger attended American University in Washington, D.C., where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Justice and Law, concentration in Criminology, and a minor in French. While attending law school, he served as a Student Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and obtained a Certificate in Transactional Law as well as a CALI Award for Legal Writing II.
Prior to joining Stamos & Trucco LLP, Mr. Berger clerked for a boutique firm specializing in business litigation and arbitration where he gained experience drafting various filings and assisting with discovery production. Mr. Berger has also worked for the in-house legal department of a large grocery chain, assisting the litigation, employment, transactional, and legal compliance divisions.
Mr. Berger joined Stamos & Trucco LLP in September 2024 where his practice concentrates on commercial litigation and the defense of medical and legal malpractice claims. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.
