Michael D. Ferrara

Michael D. Ferrara is a 2020 graduate of DePaul University College of Law, where he received two CALI awards (Negotiations; Litigation Lab) and was on the Dean’s List. Mr. Ferrara attended Northern Illinois University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Prior to joining Stamos & Trucco LLP, Mr. Ferrara practiced law in commercial litigation for 5 years, first at McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, and then at Esbrook P.C. During those years he focused on litigation stemming from commercial transactions, professional liability defense, and products liability litigation.

Mr. Ferrara joined Stamos & Trucco LLP in September 2025 where his practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability defense, and toxic tort and products and premises liability defense.   

Mr. Ferrara is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Central District of Illinois.
